A well polished piece, every inch of the drawing is finished

TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following:

ABOUT PAYMENT, EXTRA FEES AND USE

1.- Payment is only accepted via Paypal, keep this is mind before you decide to ask for a commission.2.- Prices can be discussed with the client and those will be respected if a mutual agreement is reached. (exceptions on pricing can be made depending on the compexity of the subject)3.- The client must pay 50% of the commission´s price whitin a week of the initial sketch being delivered and approved. I will not continue with coloring and rendering until the payment is received.4.- After the commission is completed, a low quality version of the finished commission will be sent to the client and the high quality version will only be sent after receiving the last 50% of the deposit.5.- The client is allowed to request for the initial sketch to be fully changed just once (only applies with fully rendered commissions). The client is also allowed to ask for minor changes at any stage of the commission (free of extra costs).6.- Once the commission is completed and the payment is received, the client gains ownership of the piece for personal use. The client cannot claim ownership of the piece, meaning that they cannot claim the piece as their own work.7.- All my artwork, including work in progress or finished pieces cannot be sold as NFTs under any circumstances.8.- The client is free to repost the artwork in any social media platform as long as proper credit is given.9.- I do not allow any of my works to be used for AI, please refrain from doing so.10.- If the client wishes to add additional characters or elements that were not initially agreed upon, an extra fee will be discussed depending on the complexity of the request.

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Feel free to contact me through any of my social media if you have any questions. Hovewer I will keep any conversations relating to the commission through email to keep track of everything.
Please clarify if you want the commission to be kept private beforehand. Either way I will not post any commission without the client's explicit permission.
Please provide as many references as you can so that I can understand the request clearly. Descriptions, images or even songs can be helpful information. (Just don´t send NSFW as a source)
I am a slow artist, please keep that in mind before commissioning me. This applies mostly to fully rendered pieces as they can take me a long time.
However, if I am unable to deliver the request after two months, the client is entitled to asking and getting a full refund.
If throught the process I find myself being unable to complete the request I will also provide a full refund and won't work on the piece any further.
Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions about the commission. However refrain from spamming messages or e-mails. As previously mentioned, I am not fast and cannot provide with updates daily.
Unless I am unable to complete the piece for the previous reasons I will not issue refunds. Please take a look at my previous works and my skill level and decide if it is what you are willing to pay for :)
